Nor do we refund the purchase price of registrations and licenses for our download-able products. We encouraged our customers to download a demo, or read more about our products before purchasing. We also advise paying close attention to the system requirements and the OS platform(s) noted for each product. Be sure that you are running the correct operating system and that your machine and peripherals meet, or exceed, the recommended requirements.

Damaged or Defective Media
Our software media is high quality, and we exercise careful quality control to ensure customer satisfaction. If by chance, you should receive a damaged or defective CD-ROM, SeeQ Enterprises, Inc will exchange the defective media free of charge* within thirty days of purchase.

Returning Defective Media
Before returning a damaged or defective disk, you must obtain an exchange return number by sending an email , or letter via regular mail, stating the problem with the media.

After issuing you an exchange return number, SeeQ Enterprises, Inc will promptly exchange your damaged media upon receipt of the disk(s).
